Completing a new 17,000 SF open canopy storage bay, J. Reeves Development managed this project through permitting and execution. This project was completed on time and with no change orders.
Calcasieu Title
Calcasieu Title entrusted J. Reeves Development with restoring their beautiful historic office building in downtown Lake Charles. This project included replacing rotten wooden trim, decks, and landscaping, installation of new electrical infrastructure for backup power, drainage work, extensive interior/exterior finish work, and installation of a Davis Weather station on the roof of the building.
