With over 40 years in the development business, Charles has the know how to handle any project passed his way. Throughout his career, he has developed hundreds of housing units, over 300 single tenant commercial projects, numerous shopping centers, and coordinated construction aggregate supply projects numbering in the hundreds of thousands of tons. With his guidance, Reeves Venture Properties is uniquely situated to participate in any number of development and construction projects.

- Large scale planned unit development taking place of I-10 in Tallahassee Florida. Combination of retail, office, and residential development spread over hundred of acres.

Project Manager
Jacob has been working in and surrounded by the development and construction business his entire life. He has managed projects from small commercial sites to mulit-million dollar developments. Jacob graduated from McNeese State University, and furthered his education with a masters degree from LSU. As Reeves Venture Properties takes on new developments, he prides himself on keeping things on schedule and maintaining clear communication between all parties.
